REMINDERS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT WITH US

Please be sure to have your animal indoors and confied to an area where they are easily accessible.
Please have your dog on a leash
If your animal has aggressive tendencies, please let us know so we can do everything possible to make the visit more comfortable for them.
It may be necessary for you to assist in holding your pet, this is done at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know at the time you schedule your appointment so that we may better serve you.
We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment time, but Boston traffic can be unpredictable! If we are running late / early, we will call to keep you appraised of a more exact arrival time.
A travel fee will be billed to clients for appointments that are not rescheduled with 24 hours advanced notice, or that are not present at their scheduled time.
